EcoAmmo’s role as IPD facilitator is to train, guide, engage and monitor the project team. Project success comes from the team taking responsibility and communicating effectively. EcoAmmo enables project leaders to set the tone, develop guidelines and tools for alignment, challenge old habits and remind the team to return to focus. EcoAmmo’s work is heaviest at the project start to set the project team up for success by leading specific workshops designed to build relationships, trust, communication processes and project performance goals. It is the goal of EcoAmmo to engage and enable all project team members to see the flow of work and to continuously and collaboratively improve that flow. EcoAmmo will identify ‘champions’ based on competency and keen interest to drive certain portions of the project responsibilities.
